80 years and still working

The winner of the Nilfisk-Advance centennial competition is an 80 year old machine.

To have a still functioning Nilfisk/Tellus machine was the main criteria to enter the competition to win a travelers certificate and new state-of-the art Nilfisk machines.

It is a pleasent surprise to Nilfisk-Advance that the machines entering the competition have been very old machines - mostly dating back to the 1950s. To have machines that still works after decades is a sure sign of the Nilfisk quality.

The race was close, and the winner finally turned out to be a Nilfisk model M20, dating back to 1926.

The owner, a young man from New Zealand, has been a fan of the Nilfisk machines for many years, and this model was the gem in his collection.
